My battle of weight loss began in 1999 when I realized that I weighed 142kg. I will only wear clothes of size 26-28, then i knew I was obese and fat.
I worked out in gym a lot of times and drank all sort of slimming tea but they never made any impact. I was frustrated.
In 2009, i enrolled in a new gym and I did a lot of workout for about 6 months only to loose 12kg of all this accumulated fat in my body. I WAS NOT SATISFIED. Looking at what i should weigh, i noticed that my BMI should not be more than 80kg.
After all the efforts and the struggle, I realized that I was too far away from my set target of 80kg.
In 2010, I gave up the struggle and went back to my usual eat well and drink lavishly. It really pained me that i had to go back to my old bad eating habit, but what could I do when nothing was working?????
